Salad is on the Menu

The other night I decided to make a nice chicken salad for supper. It is always so refreshing to give up all those carbs and breads for one night and have tasty greens and meat.


Cooked some mushrooms in olive oil....


.....fried some chicken with lemon pepper, garlic, salt and pepper.....

...cut up some onions and tomatoes....

....filled out bowls with organic salad mix...


.....and topped it all with Balsamic Vinegar dressing and Ramona cheese.
It was delicious!

Hey Mary, that Salad mix is GREAT! Have one in the frig dated June 20th and it's STILL GOOD! Usually I have the opposite problem...it won't last a week! This salad looks good, I will try it.Still don't know how you are getting Tim to eat mushrooms! :)
